Entretien
Initial phone interview was an informal screening process to assess preliminary candidate suitably, and importantly provide a realistic job preview to allow either party to conclude the process at this stage.
Second face-to-face interview with Team Leader involved a job knowledge test that incorporated Scenario and Behavioural Based Interview questions, as well as a 30min opportunity to shadow a day-in-the-life.
Third and final stage involved a face-to-face interview with State Manager which followed similar process to the second.
Employsure conduct an elite R&S process which was a positive and respectful experience regardless of whether an offer was made or not.
1. Shadowing adviser to see how long is done
2. Interview with 2 x managers with behavioural questions eg customer service, dealing with difficult people
3. Technical assessment using practical advice scenario

Entretien
Impersonal and cold. I felt that there is a fast burn rate and that I was just advisor number x that would be gone in a year. This could have affected my own attitude during the interview.

Entretien
Simple questions on the FWA and awards, contracts and scenario based. There is initially a phone screen where you should mention anything you know about the business, then a 2 on 1 interview with the hiring manager (usually your team leader should you be successful) and potentially a final round depending on applicants.
