Entretien
It was an online interview conducted by the company's HR Lead. First nearly fifteen minutes she talked about her qualifications and hobies (she plays guitar and during whole interview her guitar was next to her). Her accent was clear and easy to understand however her questions were not relevant. The position was Talent Acquisition Specialist but most of the questions were for mid/senior manager positions.
The maintenance manager wants you to fill a position as soon as possible and you have a candidate with excellent technical skills but you are not sure about his soft skillsand you think he might not be a good fit for your company's culture. What would you do and how would you convince the maintenance manager?
