      One of the most disappointing experiences on all aspects

      A couple nice people in the team and a good remote policy at the moment.

      Inconvénients

      - A huge lack of communication, you always feel like you’ve done something wrong without people actually putting words on it and the feedback system is more about critique and not constructive criticism. - a lot of bad behaviors that go totally unchecked ( passive aggressiveness and rudeness) that you’re suppose to accept or you’re seen as difficult and a lot of backstabbing. - if you’re an introverted person trying to do your job do not apply to this company - A veneer of friendliness that’s actually a front to actually exploit you. - a lot of onboarding to do on tools that are useless and skills that you cannot really use elsewhere after. - the Timesheet system is awful and a dreadful - The salary is not that great considering the amount of work.
