Both interviews were hosted on Zoom. On the second interview the second person interviewing me didn't even want to take the time to join us. I then heard no response from them for 2 weeks and when i contacted their HR team their response was that i was not qualified enough to do what is essentially a "Lead QA" position. (Take note that i have a decade of experience in the industry and have led multiple teams.)

How would you handle someone who does their job poorly
a good process with team members. before the zoom interview, the hr will email the info what it would be interviewed like team fit, technical, behavior, etc. during the interview, all team members are very warm and friendly
