The interview process will be predominantly technical. The main focus will be on a detailed discussion of my last projects and deliveries that are relevant to the role. I will be asked to provide concrete examples, extensively using the 5-star mode to demonstrate my technical proficiency in complex problem-solving and execution. We will cover my design decisions, the specific technologies employed, and the tangible business results achieved, ensuring the evaluation is concentrated more on hard skills than on behavioral competencies.

Phone interview was highly difficult speaking with different managers. Be knowledgeable in your strengths and you shouldn't have any problems. In person interview was more personality questions and seeing if you were a fit with the team.
