5 interviews Interviews have been scheduled in advance, which simplified planning, all extremely detailed and organized. First interview was with Talent Acquisition for triage and discussing the role and team, benefits and general working at EA. Then Hiring Manager to discuss in deeper details the role, team culture, stack, etc. Some light technical questions. Followed by a more technical interview with members of the Team covering all aspects of the role responsibilities. A second technical interview with members of the Team, including live coding and questions. A final interview with the Hiring Manager for culture, team values and mission alignment.
