The interviewer provides a case material (usually in paper form) covering areas such as business, finance, and management.
The case usually describes a problem or scenario, requiring the group to jointly analyze the problem (choose one of two solutions), propose a solution, and make a decision and give a specific action plan.
The group needs to read the case, discuss it, and reach a consensus within a specified time (usually short).
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
