After sending my CV I received an email inviting me to participate in a digital interview powered by HireVue. It was some typical interview questions. After 3 weeks from the interview I haven't received any feedback yet.

Tell us about your experiences in your previous roles that could be used in your new role.
Never called back only wasted my time and effort. I believe all companies should send their thoughts about the interviews and mention if passed or not. That’s all so far.

Hirevue digital interview, routine questions, not so much to rate since you record a video for your self talking to your self - answering interview questions - company contacted me to confirm residency status, collected official documents and asked more questions all via mail, then went mute, tried to communicate with the acquisition team but no response. Then I managed to email the regional director who immediately responded apologized then another team member called me to say that they are no longer going with my application due to to qatarization of this position
