The whole process took over 6 months. After applying first contact was made by HR after 3 months with some basic questions about my expectations and overall experience. After this it took another 3 months to set up the first interview with 2 members of the team. Questions were rather easy (unfortunately now I can't recall them all) and the conversation was very pleasant. After this an invitation for a second interview came within the same week - which was surprising. The second interview was with the team leader and it was also very pleasant and easy. The manager was assuring me that I will be a great addition to the team and the official job offer should be sent to me in a matter of days. After 3 weeks of waiting I just got an automated email saying that the position I was applying to was closed/filled.
Total waste of time...
I had a positive interview experience with EY. The process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers were courteous and created a comfortable environment to discuss my background, technical skills, and problem-solving approach.

overall OK and general questions asked, the interview result is quite fast, so it don't take long time to know the result compared to other company who make us wait for a long time.

It was good, they asked questions about ifrs and us gaap the company is good. Environment is highly competitive but it's fine things happen and it is what it is at the end of day
