Entretien
I had applied for the job by walk in interview. Then after assessing by resume they had called me for the Interview the very next day. The Interview starts with first Assessment testing followed by one to one interview then Group Discussion and finally with HR. It took in total two days for them to give the results of the interview. There was no negotiations on the compensation and they give the offer letter instatntly or for some of my friends they had mailed them. Overall it was a very good experience.

They asked me golden rules of accounting, Journal entries for depreciation, bad debts etc, why do i chose EY ? will i be able to sustain the long working hours during busy season.
excellent and very engaging with the interviewer as I can understand a lot how the firm treats its employees and provides opportunities for intern to explore areas that are most interested for the individuals

How many chairs are available in my univeristy building?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
