1st Round - SQL
Started with the intro, project discussion and the technical skill check about SQL - basic sql query like join, group by, order by, window function.
I got positive feedback and moved to next round
2nd round - Power BI
The designated time was 45min, but the interviewer took for 2hours proving that he is great by showing off his skills instead of asking relevant questions.
Started with normal intro, project discussion, roles and responsibilities.
Then the actuall trouble started uff. He started asking function performance question about the power bi, even though the answer i gave well briefed(SWOT) he kept on interrupting me and started bragging about himself that what he does in the job. Initially it was fine, because I thought it's going more like a interaction than a interaction but Nooooooo it was more like he was dominating and he was there to prove me wrong in every answer, explanation, he started blaming my experience at the end. You guys these days are like this that and all he satart complaining. I'm here to learn and grow not to take complaints, dominance behaviour of this kind of tech leads.
I read reviews about EY being toxic culture to work for, I think it starts from interview itself.
It was the worst interview for me.
