Applied for Financial Auditing division within Global Financial Services. Had online tests plus 3 interviews until reached the offer stage. The online test consisted of mathematical, logical questions. The first phone interview was after about 2 weeks, was asked mainly motivational questions and stregth-based questions. Similarily in next two interviews. The only difference was the interviewer position-first two with HR the last one with Senior employee from GFS.
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

What team would you want to work for most and why?
The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
