3 tasks on the same day, but I heard they have changed recently. Individual case (math and email writing), individual interview (1 to 1 with partner), group exercise (4-6 people per group community initiatives case study)

I applied online for the Assurance Graduate position, although it took a while for them to respond. After completing an aptitude test, I passed and was invited for an interview with the managers, which went smoothly. About two weeks later, I was invited for a final Partner’s interview, which involved a case study presentation. I prepared thoroughly and felt confident about my performance throughout the entire process. However, it's been over two months with no communication or feedback from EY. Despite my efforts and the time invested in each stage, I’ve received no response—neither an update nor a rejection. While I understand that I may not have met their criteria, basic professionalism in communication should have been upheld. Even an automated rejection email would have sufficed. This lack of communication has made me rate their hiring process poorly. For an organization of EY's stature, consistent communication with candidates is critical, and ghosting an engaged applicant reflects poorly on their recruitment process.
