Referral from a friend working at EY. Total of 2 interviews. The first one mostly competency based and a little bit technical and the second one lasted an hour long and involved question from a wide range of technicalities as well as behavioral and competency based ones. Judging from the feedback there was somebody other with previous experience on the role since I was still studying for my Masters degree.
