1. OT (Numerical Test and SJT and Verbal ), and answers are unchanged every year, make sure practise all of the questions and you will pass easily 2. Interview (1 to 1 ) ps: no group interview for Beijing Office and normally interviewee is manager or above

The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
