Unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts with others who may be considering applying for a role at EY. Firstly, I received a reminder to complete a test way too late. This lack of communication was unprofessional and showed a lack of consideration for my time and effort. Additionally, the feedback provided for the test was completely useless, leaving me feeling unfulfilled and unprepared for future opportunities. Furthermore, I was asked to complete an aptitude test for the position even though it was most likely already taken. This was a waste of my time and showed a lack of transparency from the company. As a candidate, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness, and this experience fell far short of those expectations. Finally, the suggested time for the test was only 30 minutes, but the instructions and videos took longer than that. This put unnecessary pressure on me as a candidate and left me feeling rushed and unable to perform my best. Overall, my experience with EY's recruitment process for the position of Technology Consultant was completely disrespectful. I wasted my time completing unnecessary tests, and the company showed a lack of transparency and consideration for my efforts. As a potential employee, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness, and this experience fell far short of those expectations. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously by EY and that they will work to improve their recruitment processes for future candidates.

Interview process is made of some technical questions and soft skill assessment. The interviewer was very professional and assessed very fairly. Some case study was also presented and performance were reviewed

What is supply chain in your definition and what is it like of a bad supply chain and good supply chain
The first interview was with HR and then followed by User Interview (1-3 weeks after the HR interview). They used English mainly. HR interview covered behavioral questions, meanwhile the User Interview was very technical.
First started with application, then practice sessions with group, then on interview day, a group zoom call where you enter a room with the person you will be interviewing with.
