There are multiple level of assessments before being hired for trainee position. The assessment was okay with psychometric and problem solving test. If you’re successful and chosen, the pic will give you a call to offer an internship in available department.

What is your main goal? Is this internship a requirement or voluntary?
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
