Two part process, mock interview on the first day and actual interview on the second. Two 30 minute interviews back to back with different people. First part is usually more comfortable, conversation like. Second part is more clinical.

Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
