Several stages including online tests, an online stimulated work day which includes situational judgement questions and a few video interview questions. Following this there is a half-day assessment centre , a partner interview (which includes having to do a presentation on a pre-prepared topic and being asked questions about it, as well as the usual interview). I was also asked to prepare a written why EY/law question.
