I first applied through the Online Application platform, which required the submission of my academic transcript and answering a few questions. The next stage was Online Testing, which consisted of numerical and cognitive testing & Personality Questionnaire. The last stage was the Recruitment Day, which included a group assessment and a 2 on 1 Partner interview.

How many chairs are available in my univeristy building?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
