After pass the application process, you will get a link from their HR to pass a game, only after passing the game you will get contacted by them. The games consists of 5 type of games, it including numerical test, and a short video interview.

Why EY is your choice? and what kind of works that motivate you every morning
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
