The interview process was highly informative about EY and their business. Initially, it started with video interviews in the application centre regarding how you respond to situations. Be prepared to get asked why EY and why the role you have chosen. The assessment centre assesses your ability to work individually and in a team, requiring a write up after both exercises. Final round is an interview with a partner or other senior member.

AC is a group contribution and “OA” where they test your numerical and your ability to comprehend information and to make proposed decisions based on the materials provided. No presentation is needed after group discussion, so I would say it is pretty chilled?

Group exercise with 6 others, then interview with 1 partner. I was asked about 4 questions which ranged in difficulty . They were a mix of personal and problem solving
powerpoint presentation required, very interactive. no particularly difficult questions asked. the presentation was on why i wanted to work at the company, so i made a total of 5 slides.
