Fairly straight-forward with multiple stages including tests, automated interviews, assessment centre and final interview. Questions were often competency based with some group work in the assessment centre and chance to meet other candidates
The whole process was good, the recruiters were nice and had a good impression of the company. After the final interview I received positive feedbacks and then I have been ghosted, they didn’t even answer to the follow-ups
An interractive accounting/consulting test with a very gamified interface. They first sent an email confirming my application then a link to the gamified consulting/financial advisory experience. Then the experience is ended with a 1 way video interview with a very short time to prepare.

Entretien
Psychometric test with one video question at the end. Reading comprehension, numerical, pattern recognition and then a singular question video interview. Very standard process, similar to other large consulting companies.
