Interview consisted of 3 virtual behavioral interviews. They last around 30 minutes a piece, and there are three different interviewers. The process moves pretty quickly. All three of my interviews were conducted on the same day.

They mainly asked for a self-introduction, qualifications, and reasons for choosing EY and the role, but kept interrupting and steering the conversation toward other talents, implying I wasn’t a fit and not allowing me to fully present my strengths.
