Interview Process organised was very smooth. HR did very well in organizing the interviews. Had 3 rounds over 1 month of time, 1 with Manager, 1 with Director and the last one with Partner. After getting selected in all the rounds the HR finally came back with feedback that they can't give the package which i was expecting. Even the package was offered was less than my current package.
So this process was just waste of time, the team already knew my current package and if they can't offered greater than or equal to my current one then don't process with the application and interview. Simply just wait of time and effort

Pretty easy, need to brushup basics
Prepare for tech rounds throughly and all the best for the interview
They went one after the other and before them i had a call with the HR person. I think the process went smooth and had no issues or complaints
Overall very good interview experience
The interview process with EY was smooth overall. It included an HR interview and a technical interview, both around 30 minutes long. The interviewers were friendly and professional, which made the experience comfortable. The technical interview felt more like a conversation rather than just a series of questions, so it was engaging and less stressful.
