Telephone strengths based interview to being with, followed by an assessment centre in the office (case study, presentation, writing exercise, in-tray exercise) and a partner interview (motivational). There were no technical questions - however be ready to explain anything you mention on detail. No questions were asked about my CV or previous experiences

I first met with EY at a campus recruiting event. I was able to do a mock interview with their staff members and received all their contact information. I consistently expressed my interest in being apart of EY and followed up with them over the next couple of weeks. After getting some positive feedback and staying in touch, a month later I was asked to complete a Prerecorded Virtual Video Interview. The next business day I was invited for an office visit and interview. On interview day I interviewed with three people (partner, managing director, and manager). Casual conversational interview, everyone was friendly. Afterward was lunch and a tour of the office.
