1. After 1 week of submitting my CV, received a call from the recruiter and was sent an online assessment.
2.Received a call the following week to discover more on the service lines available in EY.
3.Received a call a week later that I was successful in the application.
4.Received offer letter after 3 days.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
