After you pass required tests, there are two interviews. These are manager interview and partner interview. Managers digs more about your technical knowledge while partners are try to get to know you more. Company makes job offer if you successfully pass partner interview .

Question 1
In the manager interview, there are several type of questions but it can be categorized as company fit questions, behavioural questions and financial knowledge questions. The first two might depend on your individual weaknesses and desired team characteristics. However, financial knowledge questions most likely comes from basic topics. Getting knowledge on accounting, corporate finance, valuation and modelling topics will help you to ace interviews. Partner interview is also similar to manager interview but less technical questions.

Entretien
The interview process started by a short phone call to describe your interest and why you would be a good fit for the positionen. Secondly, there was an hour long interview focusing more on your work personality and a case. Second interview lasted for an hour. Fir the ones passing the second interview there is an interview with your future partner

How would you deal with a conflict in your team and could you give an example of where you had to resolve such a conflict?
It took 6 months for them to decide. Had multiple interviews and exams. a lot of repetitive stuff. does not worth the wait. they keep asking the same questions. first human resources then manager then the director
