Entretien
There were four rounds to the interview process:
1. Speed interview (15 min) at a university career fare
2. Online testing, which took around 20 minutes each. Be sure to read the instructions thoroughly and do the practice questions a couple of times so that you get a gist of what the test will look like
3. An 1,5 h interview with a younger consultant, casual chatting for the first hour then two cases
4. An 1 h interview with a senior consultant, one big case

Entretien
Comparatively easier compared to other big 4. Typically a 45 mins interview with focus on technical questions. Interviewer mainly checks your technical knowledge and experience based off your previous projects.

Tell me about a difficult project and how did you handle it? What was your role?
The interview lasted about an hour and was highly technical, covering topics in depth. The detailed discussion suggests genuine interest in evaluating my skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit for the role.
