Their interview process (before COVID) was online.
The process itself is very mechanical and does not capture the full experience of interviewing someone. The company seems very professional but I didn't pass the first part

What are my aspirations as a professional in public accounting?
2 interviewer will ask about how u cope with ur stress etc, the process is smoothly, didnt feel like formal interview for me, the interviewer was very very nice, do make sure u check their LinkedIn.
Online interview standard question about previous experience related to role, asked about where they see myself in 3, 5, and 10 years time. Mostly focused on previous work experience and applicability of previous studies
Brief screening call followed by one focused interview where expectations are communicated upfront and decisions are made quickly. Ask detailed questions and use STAR approach with examples could be from school projects if no work experience
