Got a call from a head hunter. Once expressed an interest, had a phone interview with HR. The phone interview covered past experience, date of availability, etc. If you really are interested in working there, say so. Onsite interview was HR and two senior managers. No surprise. All they wanted to know was if you had the right experience. The offer came within two weeks of the interview.

Interviews process is simple with background and behavioral questions. 30mins with 3 different people. Going through resume and relevant experience and asking questions about the company at the end. Salary is not discussed.

The interview was done by one partner in the tax department over Microsoft Teams. The partner seemed uninterested in the interview and my experience. They seemed quite dismissive of any outside big four experience.
