Entretien
Pretty thorough process with a psychometric test to start and then to the second interview with a Manager. There is an assessment centre where the selected candidates perform certain tasks on the day and get assessed by. The Manager interview happens at this stage. Then to an interview with a Partner. Once you get through this they will send an offer letter.

Example of how you have handled a difficult situation with an employee/Peer and how you coped with it/what did you do?
There was a written test which had a lot of technical accounting basics, excel and multiple choice questions. Post this we had an interview where the interviewer asked questions based on the answers provided in the test and other accounting terminologies
Assessment centre with coffee catch up and partner interview and group interview. More casual coffee catch up asking and looking for culture fit, opportunities to ask questions in a more informal manner. Partner/director interview for 45 minutes to ask more behavioural questions. Group interview was were presented with a case study to work with together.
