J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez EY (Nashville, TN) en oct. 2012
Entretien
Interview process was very laid back. I had done the ELP so I was already familiar with the recruiters (and they were familiar with me). My interview process was just if I had any questions and they simply prepped me for the office visit. At the office visit, we had a meet and greet with several staff at breakfast, an interview with a senior manager, lunch, then interview with a partner. I found out a few weeks later that I was offered an internship, and I accepted! From friends going through the interview process, I heard that the initial interviews (prior to the office visit) were strictly behavioral based.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you managed a team and things didn't work out as planned.
First round behaviourals and casing, second round plain behavioural with motivation etc. The casing was audit related, with some technicals and then a case about a small firm, and expected difficulties and other regarding auditing.
The interview process was pretty smooth, with the interviews being virtual, and more of a walkthrough of my resume with multiple interviewers. I also found that preparing for follow up questions and pitching myself as a candidate through stories in college was a very helpful approach.

Question 1
What was a challenging moment throughout your time in college?
Very straightforward. Behavioral interviews only. Asked about my on-campus experiences and why I should be a part of the internship program. As long as you practice your behaviorals and have experience to talk about that relates to accounting or even just business in general, you should be well prepared for the interview. It was not very difficult.
