I got an english test before the interview. The interview itself was not stressful. The interviewer explained the whole process. Since it is changing for every company, it helped me understand what to expect and what I can achieve. She was calm and polite. I have recently graduated so don't have any major experience in the field. She asked some personalized questions on my college experience rather than same old ones.
