Online teams meeting of half an hour, with the potential manager of the team, and without a representative from HR. The person did not try to learn more about me, but I felt that she was trying to convince me that she is a good manager as she realised that I have more years of experience than her.

Strange experience altogether. No competency questions or what so ever, and they never got in contact with me, and no feedback either. They praised the company so much therefore feedback would have been much appreciated. Very disappointing, given it's a privilege to work there apparently.
