After application, received an email to do the following tests.
Test 1: Online assessment portal – Learning for a Changing World
- required watching videos, reading articles, graphs
- interpreting questions and answering
- required a bit of maths
- would recommend using excel spreadsheet
-they recommend 1 hr, took around 2hr carefully done
Recruitment day involved short briefing at the start, followed by a 60 minute individual interview and a group case study with other candidates.

How did you differentiate between what’s real and fake on the internet especially when reading news articles?
Interview went for around an hour with two members of the team. It was less structured and more conversational than interviews at other firms. You had to prepare and ask your "better question" at the end and discuss.

The assessment process will begin with a collaborative group task, designed to evaluate teamwork and communication skills, followed by an individual interview to assess personal strengths, insights, and suitability for the role.
