Just applied online and a recruiter referred me to the posting and I got a phone screen. After the phone screen I then did a Hirevue of usual behavioral. Then I progressed to the Skype interview and chatted with senior folks.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
