Quite long and, therefore, selective but also enjoyable. May be a lot to do, but it's over quite a short time span. Includes numerical tests, personal details, motivations, etc. The whole process consists of four steps: application form, online assessments, telephone interview, other.

Online tests which are the industry standard for this level of role. I was then invited for a telephone interview. Then received my offer weeks later, after being put on hold.
