One digital pre-recorded interview in which I had two chances to record each answer. Followed by 3 onsite in-person interviews with 3 different interviewers during which they asked me behavioral questions and about my relevant experience.

They mainly asked for a self-introduction, qualifications, and reasons for choosing EY and the role, but kept interrupting and steering the conversation toward other talents, implying I wasn’t a fit and not allowing me to fully present my strengths.
