I applied online. There was on requirement coding or programming skills. After submitting your application form the system automatically send the online tests. After passing the online test, there is a separate numerical test taking about 25-30 min to complete. I got immediately rejected after finishing the numerical test. In some ways it is good that the process took less time for you to know the result than other companies.
