Per prima cosa si deve fare un test online su competenze tecniche, personalità e inglese. Poi un assessment dal vivo di gruppo, abbiamo dovuto inventare una start-up seguendo delle istruzioni interattive. Poi colloquio individuale con il manager, più tecnico ma nessuna domanda specifica.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
