I had the telephone interview session and online assessment a couple of days before the actual interview. On the interview day itself, I was given a short written assessment, and then, I was interviewed by the senior managers. I have received a confirmation through the phone the next day. But one month in there was no offer letter but I did receive a call from them assuring me that the offer letter is coming. It has been weeks now and I have yet to receive the offer letter :(
