J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez EY (Leeds, England) en juin 2019
Entretien
I really enjoyed the interview process. I enjoyed completing the online assessments (even though they took me longer than the suggested time to complete). I was invited to attend an experience day in London in June, which was very different to what I expected. There was a variety of quick paced tasks at the experience day which we completed in groups. The others in my group had applied to different roles/locations so that took the pressure off in terms of competition - we even played pictionary using a VR head set during one of our breaks.
The day after my experience day I was invited to a final interview with 2 partners at the location I had applied for. This was relaxed and I had to prepare a 5 minute presentation for this. I enjoyed all the parts of the application/interview process up to this point.
It then took EY 26 days to give me an outcome. This long waiting time is the reason I have rated the process as neutral rather than positive. I emailed several times getting vague responses with no clear response as to when I would expect to hear back. I felt a bit like I was being fobbed off and I can see little reason as to why it should take them so long to reach a decision, especially as I know people who have received offers on the same day as their final interview for graduate roles.
