J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez EY (Mumbai) en juil. 2014
Entretien
I got an interview call for an intern position through employee referral. First round of interview was an aptitude written test. They gave us an hour to write the test. Post interview they took approx. 2.5 weeks to respond. Then, I got a call for an HR and technical round. The HR round was general good to know information round. The questions were about my family background, Strengths and weaknesses, reason for change etc. The third round was a technical round which was taken care of by a senior manager of the department. Questions in technical round were related to subject. The new business developments and updates in tax etc. Technical round lasted for about half an hour. Since the role was for an intern, it was more of a knowledge gaining session. They basically check your inter-personal skills. The technical round was followed by a partner round. It was a 5 min introductory meeting.
All of the above rounds took place on a single day. I got an offer in the next 2-3 weeks.
excellent and very engaging with the interviewer as I can understand a lot how the firm treats its employees and provides opportunities for intern to explore areas that are most interested for the individuals
