Extremely straightforward process. Applied online through my campus portal. Continued to first round which was a pre-recorded, online interview. Then, had 2 back to back 30-minute interviews with a senior manager and attorney at EY. The conversation went extremely smoothly
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
