Very relaxed and fast Interview process.
The first contact was by email where the HR person asked me about my salary expectation and how long would be my notice period.
Then they contacted me inviting for an interview on site.
The first round was a test relevant to the role followed by a formal interview with a Senior EA, who made me feel very comfortable.
They contacted me after a few days for an informal coffee interview with the Manager of the EA'S and again it was conducted very professionally and I felt I was a good fit for EY and EY for me.
I got an offer a few days later and I happily accepted.
Never called back only wasted my time and effort. I believe all companies should send their thoughts about the interviews and mention if passed or not. That’s all so far.

Hirevue digital interview, routine questions, not so much to rate since you record a video for your self talking to your self - answering interview questions - company contacted me to confirm residency status, collected official documents and asked more questions all via mail, then went mute, tried to communicate with the acquisition team but no response. Then I managed to email the regional director who immediately responded apologized then another team member called me to say that they are no longer going with my application due to to qatarization of this position
