J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez EY (Dallas, TX) en oct. 2017
Entretien
One 30 minute behavioral interview in person on campus.
Three "mega day" interviews (2x behavioral, 1 case) at a large event with all the other interns, each 45ish minutes long, back to back (5 min breaks).
Questions d'entretien [3]
Question 1
Business case interview involved 10-15 minutes reading a document describing a company struggling with growth/profit after several acquisitions. Document included sentiment from four stakeholders talking about new tech (AI, robot automation, blockchain, ERP), their current disjoint tech (ERP), lack of integration of acquisition management and data, and lack of information security standards.
Interviewer then asked three questions: What are the main issues with the company? What is causing these issues? How would you address them?
Mega day behavioral included the standard "tell me about a time you struggled/failed/had to work with adverse/etc" as well as "your experience includes x, tell me more about that/did you encounter any situations where/etc" and a few "what do you do as a hobby/tell me more about your xyz"
These are very interviewer dependent - some will ask the typical behavioral questions, others will just talk to you.
Applied on campus career services site and was offered an interview a week or two later. First round interview was behavioral and casual. Asked me question about my resume and prior experience.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez EY
Entretien
I applied through the campus recruiter and was invited for the first round of interviews. A manager interviewed me and just asked me basic behavior questions. Heard back from them one week later.
