Online application, online tests, invited to strengths based telephone interview, where the recruiter asked questions such as:
Do you prefer to start or finish something?
How would your friends and family describe you?
Why EY of the Big Four?
How do you deliver criticism to others?
How do you bring knowledge to a client?
The interviewers were very friendly and the setting was casual. The interviewers basically share their experiences with you more than asking questions. Overall, it was a pretty good interview experience.

Entretien
The interview was started by HR INterview and then continue with user interview and end up by partner interview. The interview went well and the experience was good. The session was online and it took 3 weeks until i got the result
