Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez EY (Kuala Lumpur) en avr. 2016
Entretien
I applied during a career fair, the application took fairly amount of time (partly because the first role wasn't suitable for me so they didnt call me back after the first HR contact). I had to send in an email for update and showed my keen in applying to them. HR called me within days upon receiving my email, did a round of background check, asked a couple of questions about my understanding towards tax. Went to interview after a week, interview conducted by 2 partners. They were very friendly and the process went on smoothly by asking mainly about my personal background and why tax. Partners were very encouraging. Offer came in 1 week after interview.
2 interviewer will ask about how u cope with ur stress etc, the process is smoothly, didnt feel like formal interview for me, the interviewer was very very nice, do make sure u check their LinkedIn.
Online interview standard question about previous experience related to role, asked about where they see myself in 3, 5, and 10 years time. Mostly focused on previous work experience and applicability of previous studies
Brief screening call followed by one focused interview where expectations are communicated upfront and decisions are made quickly. Ask detailed questions and use STAR approach with examples could be from school projects if no work experience
