Fist they did a screening, then they called us to get to know us and clarify some doubts regarding our resume and career, then they called us for a group interview.

They asked us to do a tower made of spaghetti and marshmallows.
It was an interesting interview where we talked about my qualities and views as a person and how that'd fit in working with a team. They explained how everything works in the organisation and it was really pleasant.
